Our home is nestled in lovely Byram - a family-friendly neighborhood of Greenwich that is also walkable to restaurants, shops and other conveniences like the Metro North Train Station. It offers a peaceful and safe environment while keeping you close to everything the area has to offer.

Because of the fire pit in the back yard, we request that you sign a liability waiver before check-in.

Host requires guests to be 25 years of age or above and reserves the right to request a copy of all guests photo ID’s. In certain situations, a security deposit may be requested.

Note about pets - We have allergies in our family and keep our home pet free. By law, we have to accommodate service animals however, guests must inform host about any service animals accompanying them during their stay and must send their ADA registered service animal certificate prior to check-in. An additional $200 cleaning fee will also be assessed in order for the house to be deep cleaned post stay.
