Overall stay was quite pleasant. Short walk to the beach was a big plus. A few things that would have warranted a higher rating: 1) pool had sand/debris in it; needed to contact the host in order to have it cleaned; (suggestion: a simple outdoor shower spigot would make it easy to rinse off before getting in the pool); 2) no beach chairs, flying in or driving with a fully loaded car makes it virtually impossible to bring chairs. Having some available would be a nice touch; 3) no games/puzzles/etc. Every VRBO house we've ever rented has had a nice variety for evening entertainment. All in all very pleased with everything.

The vacation house was perfect for my big family, every room had their own bathroom which was a major plus. We loved the outdoor sitting & pool area which provided sun & shade at perfect times. The beach was only a two minute walk from the house which also was so perfect especially since we have littles. Sitting areas on the balcony's were so peaceful & you can see the ocean from the second story. I LOVED that the door to the pool has an alarm to notify the house that someone had went outside especially with having kids in the home. The only two complaints I have are the shower heads in the bathrooms definitely need to be replaced, as well as the dishwasher not drying the dishes once the cycle was complete. We ended up buying disposable plates & utensils to avoid having to clean up after 10 people every morning & night. Would definitely stay here again.

Several things did not work. When I sent a message it took 3 days to fix the dryer. The vacuum did not workThere was no broom or mop, the floors, table and counter tops were so nasty.The trash outside was over flowing 3 days before they picked it up.One tv controller was broke.I called or text about all of this and was told they would send someone out. The dryer was fixed the day before we left.

Great stay

We had great communication with the owners. When I would contact for a question, the response was quick. They checked in on us in person and by text. Check out was easy. We did but some pots and pans because the ones available weren’t in the best shape. That’s a small thing. They are now our vacation cookware :). Will definitely try to book with owners again

This property was nice but it reeked of cigarette smoke. we noticed it when we first came in downstairs and when the AC and heat kicked on, it got worse. We spent most of our time away from the unit except for the days when it was raining or cold and we had to endure the smell. When we got home, all of our clothes had to be washed as they stunk of the cigarette smoke. I checked the listing and it said this was a no smoking rental. Obviously, this has not been abided by. Sirius cleaning is needed of the air ventilation system to read this property of the smoke smell Country. We tried to use the gas grill but the igniter wouldn’t work. We did contact the leasing agent and they asked if they could come out and fix it, but we were not there and would not allow them to come in our unit. We just cooked inside. The property also had some water damage in one of the bathrooms downstairs, which I reported to the leasing agent. This is a great property for a large family, providing they don’t mind the cigarette smoke. I hope you can get this addressed as it will make the stay better for the next Guest
