This is the reaction your Superstar host anticipates when you enter your guest suite! With its light color palette, cozy atmosphere and practical amenities, the space has been designed to be what you would call "home sweet home."
Park for free and enjoy a short 25-minute commute to Toronto's downtown where you will have all of the City's best tourist attractions at your fingertips! The savings are worth it!

OH, so cozy! offers the entire basement unit of a bright, open concept bungalow. Your suite is accessed through the property's side entrance, which is exclusively yours. It is located off the main driveway.
Being my primary residence for parts of the year when I am not travelling for work, the unit is fully stocked and provides everything you would need for your stay.
You and your group enjoy:
✓ a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware and some small appliances
✓ a dining area complete with an island and dining stools that comfortably seats two
✓ a coffee and wine bar to start your morning on the right foot or toast your special occasion
✓ a living area that offers a cozy sofa to relax on while you enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. Access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video and more is available
✓ a dedicated office space in the living area that comes with a desk, lamp, chair and shelving
✓ on-site laundry (if you need it)
✓ a large bedroom that includes a double closet, two dressers, one night stand, jewelry storage, and a luxurious queen bed
✓ a treadmill and small workout area
✓ a 3-piece bathroom
✓ one free parking spot
✓ complimentary high speed internet (WIFI)
✓ everyday essentials, including bath and face towels, body care products, toiletries and linens
✓ lots of natural light that enter through the unit's many windows, in addition to the pot lights that are found throughout the space and which are all on dimmers to allow you to set the brightness to your comfort level

✓ close proximity to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, public transit, recreational parks, and more!

Guests access and utilize the entire basement unit of the home. Self check-in/check-out are done with keyless entry access. Entry codes and instructions are provided to guests once cancellation deadlines have passed.
Guests will find seven stairs they must go down once they enter through their exclusive side entrance. Guests are not to enter the main floor unit through the access door that separates the two floors. It will be closed.
Guests are not able to access the following areas:
1. Backyard
2. Main floor unit
3. Pantry located in shared stairwell (this belongs to residents of the main floor and/or the landlord)
HOST INTERACTION
I am available to answer questions via the messaging center, by text or phone call. Unless I am in Ontario at the time of your reservation you will not interact with me in person.
TENANT INTERACTION
The main floor tenants have a separate entrance to enter their unit so there is no interaction to be expected. There are no common spaces that are shared between the main floor and the basement units.
Tenants are not permitted to enter the basement unit under any circumstance while guests are occupying the space.

Please be aware that:
✓ The main floor of the property is occupied by long term tenants.
✓ Guests share the driveway with the main floor tenants and should therefore park in their designated areas. You are allotted one parking spot on the left side of the driveway if facing the property. Please ensure that you are parked as far left as possible to allow the main floor tenants to park their vehicles on the other side in their designated spots. Thank you!
✓ Laundry facilities are only accessible upon request. There is no additional charge for laundry.
✓ Essentials that are available to guests include a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bed linens, towels, and more. Please see the amenities list for comprehensive details on what is included with your stay.
✓ Pets, young children and infants/toddlers are not suitable guests for my home as I do not have the required safety measures in place.
✓ Please be aware that due to the fact that the main floor is tenanted, you may hear the sounds of daily living coming from above. Tenants have been instructed to respect the needs of guests and to also abide by the house's rules surrounding quiet hours, hosting of parties, and engaging in any activity that can create excessive levels of noise.
✓ Please take care when entering and exiting the driveway as Pharmacy Avenue can be a busy street at certain times of the day.
✓ Long term stays are not permitted unless I can accommodate it with my work schedule. Please reach out to me if you have any inquiries surrounding long term stays.
✓ Please be aware that there are cameras with live recording capabilities on the exterior of the property. At present there are a total of three, one located outside the main entrance, another above the side entrance and a third in the backyard. The footage captured by each camera is of the driveway and exterior of the home. They do not infringe on the privacy of guests, as is Airbnb's policy.
✓ Guests should not access or remove items from the pantry located in the shared stairwell that connects the main floor unit to the basement suite. It belongs to the residents on the main floor and/or the landlord, and guests will be charged for missing items.
✓ Please be aware that the layout of the home takes on an opposing orientation between the main floor unit and the basement unit. For example, the bedrooms on the main floor are located toward the back of the house while the basement bedroom is situated toward the front of the home. For these reasons guests need to exercise strict adherence to the quiet hours between 10:00PM to 8:00AM and to be mindful of noise in the kitchen area (above which sits the main floor bedrooms), if they don't plan to go to bed at 10:00PM.
✓ Guests should be mindful of the driveway in the winter months as it can be very slippery. Snow removal and salting by third party service providers is only done once projected snow fall exceeds 3cm. A snow shovel and some salt are provided for your convenience should you need to use them.
