Good property, central located to hurricane n SGU. These all seem to be rentals not half n half. That’s good n bad. Good that it’s all renters bad that it’s all other renters. Regardless I would rent this again.

Great stay!

Overall, we loved this place and plan to return often. Texting with property management was easy with quick replies. Place was clean and comfortable. Great location. We loved the pool. Only small complaints were the ceiling fans weren't great. One didn't work and the other made a noise that couldn't be slept through. We let management know upon check out. We would still stay here again.

Loved this place

This condo was so clean and had everything you needed, even spices, which I loved. It’s super clean and the master bed was so comfortable I literally looked forward to coming back to go to sleep. The couch was super comfortable. There were bunk beds that I don’t think the mattress was the same as master but my daughter didn’t complain. The pool area is amazing. With a fire. It’s off the freeway but the view is awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything you need for a stay. They did everything right and all the furnishings and appliances are high quality.

Excellent property, details, amenities, & location

The property was very good! The hosts had thought of almost everything in the kitchen, nice couch, dining table, big screen tv, towels, etc. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for even a large family to utilize- we were thoroughly impressed! 2 areas that could have improved: The bunk bed mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable I could not sleep at all and woke up with crinked neck. After long days at Zion, I really needed that sleep. I asked for better pillows or if even a sleeping bag was available I was willing to sleep on the ground. I completely understand though that the management did not have these amenities- not their fault. But being that sleep is a pretty big part of the hotel experience. Otherwise, the condo, property, amenities and everything else are 5 stars! If the mattress in the bunk is not a big factor for you, this is the property you want to stay at!
