This apartment is located in the old part of Tbilisi, in a building constructed by a famous Georgian family in 1881. The building is renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture. In 2023, the government renovated the entire building and courtyard, preserving its historical charm while offering modern comfort.

Our lovingly rebuilt apartment features a thoughtful combination of vintage and modern elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area boasts a comfortable seating area, complete with a vintage-inspired sofa and armchair, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
The equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and vintage-inspired décor, allows you to cook your favorite meals and enjoy them at the charming dining table that seats two. The bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed and vintage-style linens, ensures a restful night's sleep.
