𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Smoking is 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 inside and within 15 feet of any exterior door. Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of $500 to cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning.
