Important Information:

Guest is required to sign Renter Agreement and provide credit card for security deposit of $300 within 48 hours of booking, or within 4 hours if booking less than 72 hours to arrival.

There is a Ring door bell outside the apartment. Please do not touch or cover the camera. We will ask you to leave the property.

Guests have full access to the entire condo with the exception of the Owner's Closet in the Laundry Room.

All soaps, detergents, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sweetener/creamer are starter packs.

Pet-Friendly: 2 adult, low shedding dogs under 50 pounds and completely house-trained! Not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors, leashed and picked up after outside, and current on flea and tic treatment. Please help keep dogs free by cleaning up excess hair and any messes. NO pets allowed in the hot tub.

Parking spaces are provided in front of the building (First come, first serve) 2 vehicle limit, parking can be difficult during peak seasons.

This is a first floor condo, there is a condo above and next to the unit. This means you could have neighbors during your stay. The HOA quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM.

The HOA does not allow any boats or trailers on the premises.

Management is not available during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).

No smoking or vaping in or around the condo.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
