Hi Agata, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are so sorry to hear about the issues you encountered and for any inconvenience this caused as well. At TurnKey, it’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, but if problems do arise, we try our very best to make things right in any way we can. You mentioned that it was difficult to see the house numbers when you arrived. The numbers are displayed on the center top of the garage and are normally visible in daylight and at night when the exterior lights are on. But Tahoe Donner has exterior light restrictions that prevent us from keeping exterior lights on at night. We added additional street address numbers to the bear box at the foot of the driveway to help with late arrivals. The heat is always set at 55 degrees for energy conservation when the house is unoccupied. Turning the heat and the gas stove on upon arrival heats the home relatively quickly and there are signs in the home to help renters enhance heat distribution. The gas stove has a switch on the upper corner at the back for easy use. And there are portable heaters in the bedrooms to provide further heat, if necessary. Thank you for your comments about the WIFi deficiencies. We called in the local cable company to check the connections and learned that the main connection from the source to the house was affected by squirrels, and snow and ice. Those problems have been repaired. Additionally, we fully upgraded the internal WIFI network with a new modem and mesh WIFI system with additional boosters through the house. We are glad you were able to use Netflix which indicates that the WIFI worked well enough for that purpose. Regarding the kitchen, it is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, which has been augmented with additional sets, and storage supplies, including tin foil and plastic wrap. All the lights have been checked and are fully operational. The garage fits two SUVs and the doors
