Historic 2-bedroom townhome in Mid-City New Orleans with WiFi, AC
This 100 year-old charming Mid-City apartment is bursting with lagniappe and NOLA flare. It is located two blocks from the Canal Streetcar and just a few minutes by car to anywhere in the city. The French Quarter is less than 2 miles away.
This second floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms (separate or non-shotgun style), a living room with sofa and tv, washer/dryer, and a freshly remodeled eat-in kitchen with Mardi Gras built in.
The space
This is a second floor apartment that requires climbing a long steep staircase to access and may not be suitable for everyone.
The first bedroom has a king sized bed, floor to ceiling windows, arm chairs, desk, and mantel. The second has one queen bed and one twin bed. There is an original claw foot tub equipped with a shower head in the bathroom. The living room features a 54â tv with an Amazon Fire Stick. The space is designed to fit four adults comfortably. Five guests may stay here for a small additional fee.
In January 2023, the wifi network was updated with new mesh routers and the fastest plan Cox had available.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the yellow front door with a code that will be provided before arrival. Once inside the common entryway, they will immediately proceed up the stairs to the coded entrance of their private apartment.
