The host was welcoming and very responsive to our messages. I loved the charm and location . There was lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance .Parking was very nice because of multiple free parking areas. The space was good for two people and a small dog. Everything worked and was clean. My only recommendation would be for a larger bed . It was comfortable and queen size but difficult to accommodate two people, one being a tall person.

After it took me 20-30 minutes to actually get inside the door because the code was changed right before my arrival (Vrbo blamed the manager, manger blamed Vrbo) it seemed as described. It seemed mostly clean, except for the roach on the bathroom floor. I think it gad been awhile before anyone checked in this place. So NONE of the TVs worked. The main “den” tv would only turn on, nothing else. I guess it was supper to use Roku
.but it didn’t. The only tv you could use was the bedroom which would turn on at first but after finding a manual power button I was actually able to get the satellite tv to work
..but the tv remote would turn the sound up. So imagine trying to hear the tv on the lowest volume and you can just barely hear it until some other noise happens. Like the air kicking on or a door opening. Ridiculous!!!!!!! This place sits there probably gets 1 per 2 visitors and nothing else. Who would stay here and not notice the tvs don’t work! That wasn’t the reason for my visit but it would’ve been nice to get game and be able to watch or HEAR the end of the lsu vs Alabama gane

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay! It was only one night, but we definitely want to come back soon. This location was perfect. Just a 10 minute drive from the first National Bank Arena, and after the concert, we went back and got drinks at the bar across the street. In the morning before we left, we went downstairs and got coffees next-door. Literally could not have been a cuter or more convenient area!

It was a little difficult to check in as we arrived at midnight. The host was very helpful when we got ahold of him. Our stay was very good and it had everything we needed for our two week stay. I would recommend it to friends and family.
