Guests have access to the whole house, front yard and patio…but the backyard is not suitable for guests. I kindly ask for guests to stay out of the backyard area for the time being


Other things to note
This home is not suitable for parties, gatherings or any such events. If I see guest breaking rules, not respecting quiet hours, or smoking inside the home… I will cancel your stay.

Be sure to check in the correct amount of people who will be staying.. let me know if you have any extra overnight guests.. overnight meaning someone who stays past midnight. Any guest not checked in will be $50 fee
