This San Antonio Parks and Recreation gem features 18 first come, first serve outdoor pickleball courts, available daily from 5 am to 11 pm, so you can play whenever the mood strikes. There is no need to pack your gear for your stay; paddles and balls are provided for your convenience.
The neighborhood is a haven for foodies, with an impressive selection of local eateries serving everything from classic Texas barbecue to inventive vegetarian fare. Start your morning with breakfast tacos at Amaya's Cocina, or indulge in a sweet or savory kolache at Dignowity Kolaches. For healthy, organic soul food, Sweet Yams is a local favorite.
