While our lodge is just under 500 sq ft, it offers a spacious yet cozy feel that includes a king-size bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa. This property was intentionally designed to allow you to unplug, relax, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Situated on over ten acres of land, you will have plenty of space to roam about and enjoy nature and the outdoors. Ideal for couples seeking a peaceful, romantic getaway or those simply looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

While this peaceful retreat offers seclusion, you still have the benefit of being minutes away from a local winery, distillery, and hiking and biking at Seven Islands State Birding Park. For those that love to explore, an easy 20 minute drive will have you in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Entertainment and shopping such as Dollywood and the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville are only 30 minutes away.


Other Details to Note:
- If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Deer, turkey, eagles, coyote, and even bears can frequent the property. Please keep a safe distance away from wildlife to protect their habitat. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times.

- Please note that The Oak Lodge is not specifically designed for children. If you are staying with children, please be mindful of the following hazards:
• Unfenced yard with direct access to acres of woods and native animals (bears, coyote, snakes, etc.)
• Furniture and appliances that are not mounted to the wall and may tip over (dressers and mirrors).
• Outlets without covers.
By booking a stay, you accept full responsibility and liability for all children present and agree to ensure they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
