We slept 8 individuals comfortably and could accommodate 2-3 more, if needed. All enjoyed this stay. The kids did not want to leave. The communication from management was fantastic and prompt. With a low degree of self-diagnosed OCD, I must say that I appreciate that the bathroom mats were clean and made me comfortable to remove my shower shoes while stepping in and out of shower. Although we did not allow enough time to enjoy the hot tub, it was available for use and was actively receiving cleaning maintenance while we stayed there. This home was cozy and had a great view of the lake. Amenities were super close and the neighborhood was so quiet, serene and felt safe. Our stay was from March 10-15th and the weather was high 60s to mid-70s during the day. I do hope this review proves helpful for those that consider staying here.

Absolutely loved the house, family and I enjoyed the clean hot tub and playing games at the kitchen table. Only downfall were not all lights working throughout the house. Great communication with the property manager.

The house was fine. It was a good location. The hot tub would not get above 84 degrees. We were told to look up the manual and reset it. We did. It still did not work. That was disappointing.

The previous guest had carelessly hit some buttons and set the hot tub heater on auxiliary mode somehow. The heat had not dissipated enough for us to notice at turnover. The instructions in the manual are tricky, we have taken steps to make sure clear instructions are provided in the future on how to turn the heater on if this happens again. Also, we can usually have someone out within a few hours if an issue is communicated to us upon check-in.

We came into town for a funeral, it was already going to be a very dreaded weekend none of us was ready for. The place was perfect for us, it gave our party the space and room we all needed to have our stay as comfortable as possible. The pond in the backyard was perfect for the kids. The jacuzzi was perfect to relax at the end of the night. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay at, it was literally 5-10 minutes from every place we needed to be at.

Great Place for extended family to stay

This place is perfect for extended family to stay! Very spacious and wonderful layout of the house. The big bonus is the large area for parking and the wonderful back yard, which borders on the little lake. My two young nephews had an absolute blast fishing and exploring. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Massive living room and dining room, kitchen big enough for multiple people at once, quiet neighborhood with small park across the street. Sun room was a perfect spot for littles to get the wiggles out when weather was icky. Amenities as listed. Felt right at home. Hosts are prompt with communication, effortless check in/out. Would book again.

Very underwhelmed with the condition of this property.

I rented this 4bedroom property for a one night stay to visit family. Thank goodness it was only a one night stay! Upon arrival the location looks a lot different than portrayed in the listing. The neighborhood looks very ran down. The home is in a residential neighborhood not out by itself. The pond is not a private pond. Once we entered the house it was freezing and took a long time to warm up. The fourth bedroom in the listing is actually an added on sunroom that does not have central heat and air. The heater wound not work in the added on room for a few hours. We finally got the window unit to blow heat and it took several hours for the room to get warm enough for anyone to use it. Once we went in to use it we noticed one of the walls was leaking and the carpet was drenched. The smell was so bad we ended up not even being able to use that room, which caused an issue with enough beds to sleep in. The living room area and kitchen table was large and comfortable. The kitchen was satisfactory but could use more pots and pans. Once we went to bed we all noticed the Matress are very hard! The Matress are a very thin pad on top of a hard spring type box. Needless to say none of us had a good nights sleep! The next morning, we tried to use the Keurig (coffee maker) and it would not work. We noticed burning smell so we immediately went back in and unplugged it! We paid over 400 for a one night stay and would have expected a way better experience for that amount of money!
