The pool area features plenty of sunny and shaded spots, and a cabana with a full size refrigerator for cold drinks. Off of the first floor foyer, there is a family room (sofa bed) with French doors if used as a 6th bedroom. Three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a single and queen, and one with two single beds) two hall bathrooms, and a utility room with a door to the outside shower and walkway to the pool complete this level. The second floor has an open great room with living/dining areas, and a modern kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to the front sun deck which is partially covered with an awning to create a comfortable outdoor living space. Wonderful views from deck, plus a natural gas grill. Past the hallway powder room, there is a spacious secondary master bedroom with a private bathroom (large walk in shower with grab bar). This room has a king bed, and a small sun deck. The new 3rd floor bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and small deck with incredible views! Cross Avalon Avenue and walk up the ramp to the boardwalk and beach access. There is a shaded pavilion adjacent to the beach. Owner will consider rental with 1 dog (with references).
