• WALKING: Central and convenient location makes walking a great option.
• BICYCLES: Take advantage of BIXI – Montreal’s bike sharing system. Take a bike when you need one, and leave it at any station when you arrive at your destination. There is a BIXI station right across the street.
• PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Under 7 min walk to Champ-de-Mars subway station (orange line).
• TAXIS/UBER: Never more than a few minutes wait.
• PARKING: There are various paid parking around.

Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We offer 24/7 off-site customer service to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible. Also, please note that this is a self check in hotel, so can access your room directly upon arrival, and our team will be available should you have any questions.
