Overall great experience. Very quick communication. Great location and neighborhood. Clean and perfect for our weekend stay during the marathon. There are very few cooking utensils so if you plan on cooking meals here you may need to bring your own pots, pans, spatulas, etc. But overall very good experience.

A pleasant property in a very active neighborhood. Highly walkable to a number of nearby items such as parks and dining. The property itself worked very well for a quick trip. It would seem there is work being done on the back patio space which will add another pleasant dimension when completed.

Really fantastic property. The backyard will be wonderful once it’s completed, but despite that my friends and I still had a great time. The house is clean and well maintained. It was tough with one bathroom, but the bathroom is very nice and clean with good water pressure. The location was perfect and overall just a great price for what we got. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and were very quick to respond whenever we had questions. Check in and check out were the smoothest experience I’ve had renting a VRBO. I guess the only complaint I had was that parking could be tricky, but that isn’t in the owners control. Can’t recommend this property enough!

This Guy is a SCAMMER we stayed at this place and 3 weeks later sends me Very rude messages about a broken thermostat and food stains on the wall. Then it changed to foot prints on the wall and I kicked the thermostat off the wall. I assure you i did not kick anything in this home or footprints on a wall. I do not even wear shoes in the house.... Then he tells me he has other guest stay after me. That he may want to contact them over this as I did not do it. He replied they did not stay in that bed room so It couldn't have been them. And wanted me to pay for a new one and someone to install it. Lol not happening buddy find the person or party that actually did it. Or if it ever even happened idk I asked for pictures (never sent them) and like I said 3 weeks later i get these messages. So be careful and don't let him Scam you......

This review is SLANDEROUS and based on false allegations. This person checked in our property October 7th 2026 which is not even one week from posting of this review but he claims that "After 3 weeks I as sent him rude messages about broken thermostat and foot prints on walls" I had never sent any messages other then check in and check out instructions. He claims that we had committed a "SCAM' if that is the case he should have contacted law enforcement. In fact I had given him discount as he had requested.

Host was great about answering questions promptly. The area/neighborhood was nice and very close to where our daughter lives. The living space and kitchen were nice but the bathroom was dirty, especially the floor, and needs some major upgrades. The bedrooms were poorly lit and not the cleanest.

Property was exactly what we needed. It was clean and a walkable neighborhood to groceries and coffee. Host was responsive and gave check in and out information so we had it when we needed it.
