• Two parking spaces are available on the property.
• For a third vehicle, public parking is available downtown off Depot Street (approximately a 5-minute walk).
• Parking is not permitted on the road, grass, or in neighbors’ driveways.

Notes: To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, guests will be asked to sign a short rental agreement and provide a gov't issued ID before check-in. This simply confirms that all local laws and community guidelines are understood and followed during your visit.

We love pets, but to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, our home is strictly an animal-free zone. No pets of any kind are allowed inside the property at any time.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and/or immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Kindly be aware that a minimum age of 21 is necessary to make a reservation for our accommodation.

Furniture
Please do not move any furniture, including beds, sofas, tables, or chairs. Unauthorized moving of furniture will result in a $250 fee to cover the cost of returning items to their original placement and inspecting for any damage.
