Please note that this home is available to mature, respectful and responsible families only. This home is not available for wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. of any nature. Twelve (12) guests maximum on the property at any time.

This beautiful home is located just steps away from South Haven's North Beach! Included with the rental of this home is a private, in ground heated swimming pool and outdoor recreation area. The private, in ground heated swimming pool and recreation area are available to guests of this home only.

The home has all the amenities a vacationing family should need for a fun-filled experience to create lasting memories!

The location is within a one minute walk from the spectacular North Beach with no huge hills nor endless staircases to walk up and down when going to and from the beach!

Also within a ten minute walk to all of the boutique shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven.

This home will provide the perfect setting for family and friends to enjoy with five spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms as well as two outdoor beach showers. All bed and bath linens are provided. We do ask our guests to bring their own beach and pool towels.

The kitchen is ideal for large family meals with two ovens, a six-burner natural gas stove top and a large butcher block island where friends and family can gather while dinner is being prepared out on the natural gas Weber BBQ grill.

There are multiple expanded cable TV's as well as the fastest wifi speed available. A high chair for infants through young children is also available as well as a pack-n-play, bassinet, stroller, and wagons.

Please note that the private, in ground heated swimming pool and outdoor recreational space which provides an outdoor living space including an outdoor kitchen, sitting area, pool, splash pad, waterfall, and additional yard space for outdoor games. The pool and outdoor recreation area are for the guests staying at the house only. Sorry, no day guests or visitors are allowed in the pool.

The house is available weekly from mid June through mid August. The high season rental schedule is from Saturday at 4:00PM Eastern through the following Saturday before 10:00AM Eastern. Please note that shorter stays are welcome in late May, early June, late August and in September. Please let us know your desired dates and we will do our best to accommodate your family!

There is one bedroom located on the lower level or ground floor and has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom located on the lower level. The main level or second floor of the house consists of the kitchen, dining area, family room, living room, study and half bathroom. The upper level or third floor consists of the primary suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the upper level that have one queen size bed in each bedroom. The fourth bedroom located on the upper level is the bunk bedroom and has one set of twin bunk beds with a roll out twin trundle bed below the lower bunk. There is a full hall bathroom located on the upper level. In summary, the house accommodates twelve (12) guests in beds: One king bed, two queen beds, five twin beds and a pull out queen size sleeper sofa bed in the lower level family room. This bed configuration is ideal for three adult couples in king/queen beds and six children/teens in five twin beds and the one pull out queen sleeper sofa bed.
