Five star superhost property! Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

Great views from front deck. Big yard, garden, fire pit. Hiking trails access from back of house. Totally private but near town. One bathroom with tiled shower, fully equipped kitchen, one downstairs bedroom with double bed, and one queen bed in loft. Small meditation room/library. Washer and dryer. Books, puzzles and some children toys supplied. Good wifi. Spotty cellphone service. No television.

Sheets towels , well equipped kitchen, firepit, charcoal grill, lawn chairs, snowshoes, games puzzles books. Some access to garden, details will be supplied.

I keep the driveway well plowed and sanded. However it is possible in heavy snow situations that cars without all-wheel drive may not get up driveway and may have to walk until my plower can get there.

Loft is not safe for small unaccompanied children, and stairs to loft are steep.
