Welcome to the Denison House
The Denison House consists of 3 master bedrooms with access to a large pool and Bure. The home sits above The Learning Tree Preschool and the pool area is shared with our little swimmers from Kidsfirst School Located next door. You have full access to the entire grounds over the weekends. The main gate is left open within the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm weekdays.
Bula and thank you for stopping by our listing. This beautifully designed and homely 3 master-bedroom home is located in Domain, a short walk to the city Centre. The house offers large high ceilings, French doors out to an outdoor dining area, large kitchen and dining area, and a large living area which large wooden louvre windows to allow fresh air to flow through the home. Built in the 1940s the house has been updated but still has a touch of colonial Fiji.
There is WiFi, a 55inch smart TV and kitchen appliances to make your stay in suva enjoyable.
This home has a private parking that leads to your own private entrance.
Things to note:
Pool and outdoor area is shared with The Learning Tree Kindergarten located below this home.Swimming classes are 3 days a week for an hour.
There’s also a shared BBQ and outdoor Bure for your enjoyment.
The Laundry is available after 5:30pm daily as this is located downstairs. Our cleaners can assist with your laundry if you wish to have this washed during the day.
