Lake House ACROSS FROM DOCK & option to rent 2 additional homes on 2.3 acres!

This unique property is 2.3 acres with views of North & South Twin Lake! We are across the street from the public dock, a short walk to Traditions bar/restaurant, & a 1 minute drive to the 2 beaches! There is a 6.2 mile walking/bike trail at the front of our property to enjoy! We VRBO 2 additional homes on this property, so if you are needing more space, search for our listings.

The space: Enclosed sunroom with A/C to enjoy 5'oclock drinks and coffee! The main floor has 1 full bathroom & a full kitchen! I’ve tried to supply all the dishes/utensils you need, so you won’t need to bring anything with you! Coffee pot provided with filters and coffee. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. The living room does have 2 couches that kids have slept on comfortably & plenty of room for blowup mattresses as well! We do provide 1 queen blowup mattress in the closet downstairs. The second story has a large open space with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. I do provide plenty of bath towels, dish and hand towels, but If you plan to wash your clothes during your stay, or feel as if you’ll be using a lot of towels, please bring your own detergent to use the washer and dryer in the basement. In the summer there will also be a firepit and grill provided!

Guest access: We own the entire 2.3 acres. There are 2 additional homes on the land, so please just be sure to respect their space as well. You will see there is a separate drive lane to their home, so please park in your own driveway. Anyone is able to use the circle drive. There is extra parking behind the home & in the South East corner to park your boat and jet skis. We do also have 2 kayaks available to rent for $20 each per day. Check with me on availability.
