Enjoy staying in a newly, custom built 2 bedroom log condo centrally located in the serene mountains of Brian Head, Utah in a quaint alpine community. LOCATED ONLY MINUTES FROM ALL SLOPES, RESTAURANTS AND STORES! You’ll enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan condo with fireplace and full kitchen that comfortably sleeps 6 with a total of 3 queen beds. Open floor plan joining family room, chef’s kitchen & dining area. Large windows allow light to pour in with glimpses of surrounding forest & towering evergreens. This condo is the perfect base for all your mountain adventures year round and relaxation.

This condo is a unique very private new custom built true log cabin with an open floor plan than seamlessly combines a large family room with fireplace, inviting leather sofa and oversized recliner, flatscreen television with Roku along with a DVD player & large collection of movies to choose from. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef’s dream with new stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinners. There is plenty of counter space, including a large island that seats 4. Kitchen joins dining area with a dining table that seats 6 to share meals & memorable conversations.

Both bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind, each featuring a queen sized beds adorned with soft linens & pillows, both bedrooms have blackout curtains ensuring a restful nights after a day of play & exploration. The bathroom is conveniently located offering a shower/tub combo to cater to the needs of all guests.

This condo is surrounded by nature, towering evergreens & mountain views that provide a tranquil stay. Located in a very family friendly neighborhood, so feel free to step outside into the crisp fresh air & explore the wooded forest or open meadows for a truly beautiful experience for a walk or enjoy the scenery from the condo’s elevated position.

NOTE: During the summer, this condo is perfect to visit and you will have enough room for guest 50 foot RV parking with 1 additional parking space. Room for 3 vehicles with no RV.

NO PETS:
This is NOT pet friendly and pets are NOT allowed.

If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $500 pet fee penalty per pet.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
If you are bringing a Service Animal to our rental property that does not allow pets we would appreciate you letting us know. This is to prevent any questions regarding your Service Animal.
Service Animals are trained to do work or perform a task for a person with disabilities to help with movement, senses or activities. Comfort and/or emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA.
NOTE: Service Animals are to be with their owners at all times & not to be left on the property unattended at any time.

CHECKOUT IS BY 11 AM UTAH TIME. If not on time, you WILL be charged an add’l fee of $50 every 1/2 hour (unless prior arrangements made). Cleaning crew needs time to clean & prep condo for next guest!
PLEASE LOAD ALL DISHES IN DISHWASHER AND START DISHWASHER ON DRY MODE prior to checkout. NOTE: DISHES LEFT & DISHWASHER NOT RAN WILL RESULT IN ADD’L $25 ~ Due to us being charged by cleaning crew!

Absolutely Perfect!

We only had one day off, so we made a quick trip up to the mountains—and this log cabin condo was everything we hoped for and more. The moment we walked in, the cabin greeted us with the perfect temperature and some thoughtful snacks left by the owners. Such a warm welcome! The central fireplace created the coziest atmosphere and became the heart of our stay, offering both warmth and ambiance. Sharing the condo with another couple was a breeze, thanks to the identical rooms—equal space, and equal comfort. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the linens were soft and luxurious.The kitchen and living areas were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we could’ve needed (and then some!). After hours of playing cards, we stepped outside to take in the beautiful night sky and the snow-capped trees—it was pure magic.We all had the best night’s sleep and were totally refreshed for a full day of skiing before heading home. Mary was fantastic with communication—super quick to respond and so helpful.Honestly, don’t think twice—just book it. You won’t be disappointed. We already can’t wait to come back!

Perfect mountain home base for your BH ski trip

We absolutely loved our stay at the “Shack” and will definitely be looking to book on our next trip to BH! The space is immaculate and very spacious, with exposed log beams, high ceilings, and an amazing wood burning fireplace as the centerpiece. Well equipped with everything you need to prepare your before and apres-ski meals. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. You will NOT be disappointed!

Grew up in Las Vegas. Obsessed with exploring nature, skiing, hiking, traveling, kayaking and amateur photography. Love entertaining friends and family, cooking & spending time with our grandchildren.

Condo is private and more of a cabin located in a beautiful, upscale family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking. During summer months parking area can accommodate a 50 foot RV while still allowing parking for one additional vehicle; otherwise there is parking for 3 vehicles provided.

This condo is a newly built authentic custom log cabin surrounded by towering trees that may be seen through large windows allowing the peaceful outdoors inside.

This condo has a very open floor plan that seamlessly connects large family room with wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Condo has a washer/dryer inside for your use if needed!
