The Space:

Step inside to discover the warm and inviting living room, complete with two plush sofas and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. At the heart of this cozy space is a beautiful 2-way fireplace, the centerpiece that gracefully separates the living area from the dining space, creating an open yet intimate atmosphere. Whether you're curling up with a book by the fire or enjoying movie night with loved ones, this living room is designed for relaxation and connection. Whether you plan on whipping up a gourmet meal or a few quick snacks, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, featuring natural wood cabinetry that adds a touch of rustic charm and sleek white appliances. Gather around the grand dining table that comfortably seats ten and share memorable meals while gazing at the picturesque surroundings through large windows that fill the space with natural light.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes two queen size beds, two twin size beds, and a smart TV.



This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Access to this home is via an access road that requires 4WD, AWD, and/or chains in winter. Please do not block neighbors' yards or driveways. Guests must step out of the car to punch in the gate code.

• Stairs required.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras with audio; (1) located above the front door and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located above the back door and actively monitoring the gate and driveway, (3) above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway.

• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Pets must not be left alone at the house and are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up pet waste and keep pets on a leash outdoors and in the neighborhood. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced and that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per night that is not included in your final booking cost. Just 10 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.
