   •   2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers; the master bath includes a tub/shower combo and safety bars for accessibility
   •   Open living and dining areas with ample space to unwind
   •   A 4-season porch for year-round enjoyment with a daybed with a room divider to be used as needed.
Enjoy modern comforts including new mini split (Nov. 2025) air conditioning and heating for each room, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and fresh linens. Accessibility is a highlight — the condo has no stairs, ramped entry, and flat walkways to the unit. We are also planning on doing a complete kitchen remodel with an island and a new master bathroom and new furnishings for next year. I will be updating phots as they become available.
