**BEDROOMS**
The Property has 6 Full Suites. 1 Bedroom has 4 Bunk Beds with Caterpillar Chair and their Game area for kids to enjoy. Rest all 5 Bedrooms are King Bed with its own attached bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have luxury Sleeper Sofa Bed of Queen Size. Each bedroom has their own Smart TV with all the great apps you can think of plus cable channels from Comcast.
You have lot of blankets and pillows extra to use as you need.

**BATHROOMS**
Each of the Six bedrooms has its own private ensuite bathroom. So no worries of sharing. All of the bathrooms are spacious and decorated and stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries for your convenience. There are 2 half bathrooms one is at Main Level while entering the Pool room and other one is at Game Room.

**KITCHEN**
The lovely kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to whip up and serve some amazing gourmet meals. It has got Granite CounterTop. The dishwasher can even clean the electric BBQ Grill Tray. It is an open space overlooking the Living Area and the TV. The dining table is a Modern Luxury Table with Head Chair, Chairs and Bench. We have 2 Dining Table sitting 16 people for a grand family lunch or dinner. The crystal lights hanging on the Dining Table just gives that warm and welcoming feel to it.
We have got Special Breakfast & Coffee Bar which is needed for getting some Caffeine to do all the mountain activities or exploring great smoky mountain. We have the famous Expresso Machine as well. We got utensils for Kids, Adults a prefect kitchen for a family. The Kitchen is equipped with Instant pot for your delicious recipe to enjoy. You have Toaster, Waffle Maker, Plates and Glasses for kids. You have Baking Tray for trying out your bakery you love.

**ENTERTAINMENT**

This property comes with a great Theater Room with Modern 5.1 Surround Home Theater System and 86 inch smart LG QNED Series Brand New Model. We have electric recliner very comfy and relaxed with side tables for your drinks or popcorn. We have Roku installed on the TV . You have just one remote to manage the TV and the home theater system both. The popcorn machine is right at the entrance where you can grab a Popcorn to have the movie time as if you were in Century or AMC Theaters. We have few Bean Chairs on floor for people to go cozy and watch the movie they like to. On top of that we have kept a Karaoke System if you want to have a karaoke time with your family or friends in second level.

**GAME ROOM**

The second floor has a Game Room with Air Hockey, Arcades, Foosball , Dart Board, Baord Games for kids/ adults. We have the Pub Table and Chair to have a drink as you play a game. We have a 75 inch smart TV to enjoy while playing your Arcade or Air Hockey. The Wine Bar and The Mini Refrigerator is on the same hallway so you can grab a nice drink while playing the game.

**PRIVATE HOT TUB**

The deck is beautiful overlooking the forest and enjoy the private hot tub for 5 people with your own privacy. It has a nice sitting area for 10+ people to spend quality time while You do bbq on the grill. You have the Smart TV to enjoy your favorite music or any sports while being in the Hot Tub. We also have the Fire-pit as well so you can enjoy the fire pit while spending a great family time.
