Bring your bicycles, rollerblades, baby strollers, comfy walking or running shoes to take full advantage of the Rialto River Park path, where you can enjoy 12 miles of paved pathways safely tucked away from any traffic with gated key access. The gated pool is a refreshing way to cool down after a long run or cycling session or to catch rays on a hot day.

The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a full 2024 Frigidaire stainless steel appliance suite, is outfitted with high-quality cooking essentials to indulge your culinary creativity, including a beverage corner with a Ninja blender, electric kettle, and a Keurig Coffee maker for you to play barista or bartender. Once you've crafted your coffee or cocktail to your liking, take it out to the patio and enjoy the view of sunshine or stars over the Catalina mountain range. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
