Perfect for families or couples. Located in the Springs section of East Hampton between Amagansett and EH village, close to both bay and ocean beaches.

In the summer enjoy the beach or lay out by the pool. Great dining options from quick takeout to high-end dining abound. There are plenty of events to attend or just explore Montauk or Sag Harbor. Barbeque and eat on the back deck, then drive to enjoy a spectacular sunset.

Off-season the home is a quiet escape to just relax or work remotely.Experience East Hampton like a local in this 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. Wonderful family vacation at Bill and Zoe's lovely house in the springs of East Hampton. Great deck and pool with so much seating and beautiful gardens. Layout of the house was perfect for our family 4 adults and our 2 teenaged granddaughters. Comfortable home and kitchen appliances.Location is private yet accessible to town and Hampton areas. Bill and Zoe were gracious hosts and available if we needed them. We hope to be able to return to this cozy springs home in the future.

We absolutely adored our stay here. The Springs location is super convenient to Sag, EH & MTK yet tucked into a quaint, peaceful neighborhood. The pool was the star of the show—we spent nearly all of our time there—and the surrounding landscaping is gorgeous. The deck has plenty of comfortable seating, making outdoor lounging and meals a breeze.Inside, everything was spotless, impeccably maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and beautifully decorated. You can tell real care went into every detail. We also really appreciated Zoe’s local tips—the recommendation to try Nick & Toni’s was spot on.If we had one tiny wish, it’s that the grill were gas for easier, on-the-fly BBQs. Otherwise, this home was perfection. We’d happily return in a heartbeat.

Amazing home in East Hampton!

We had an amazing stay at Bill’s property in East Hampton! From the moment we booked, Bill was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and checking in to make sure everything was perfect both before and during our stay.The home itself was absolutely immaculate—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with more than enough space for our group of six. It had all the comforts of home (and then some), making it the perfect escape from our cramped city apartments.The outdoor area truly exceeded our expectations. The pool, patio, and surrounding yard were so peaceful and inviting, we actually ended up canceling plans just to spend more time lounging and enjoying the space. It was the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and spend quality time with friends.The location is also fantastic—close enough to everything in East Hampton, but tucked away just enough to feel like your own private retreat.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bill was kind, attentive, and a genuinely thoughtful host. We’re already looking for a weekend we can book again before the end of summer—it was that amazing! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
