The Bunkhouse is stocked with everything you need for a seamless, comfortable stay:

The Ranch
Lazy 4T Ranch is a working operation — you'll catch glimpses of daily ranch life, and we love it when guests feel like part of it. You're always welcome to meet the horses, say hello to our cattle dogs Sage and Six, and explore the property at your own pace. We'll give you all the space you need, and we're always nearby if you need anything.
We occasionally travel out of state for horse shows, which may cause a brief delay in response times. Our staff is always available to assist while we're away.

Horse Boarding
Bringing your own horse? We'd love to have them. Boarding is available at $45/night per horse — please request at booking so we can confirm availability. A waiver will be provided upon arrival.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed at booking.
$35/night per pet ($300 monthly cap)
Dogs must remain leashed outdoors at all times
Not permitted in the barn or pastures
Not permitted on furniture
Must be house-trained and well-behaved
No unattended pets
Guests are responsible for any damages and cleanup
Please note: Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and do not override our pet policy. All animals must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.

Rental Agreement
To protect both our guests and our investment, we do have a rental agreement in place. We truly appreciate your understanding — it helps us ensure every guest has the best possible experience.
