The unit was meticulously clean and very well appointed. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive.We would absolutely stay again!

Nice building and good base. Disappointed by exact location which indicated 4-5 minute walk to beach. Reality was 30-40 minute walk. As with other comments made the furniture is sparse and bed mattress needs replacing. Easy and good instructions for checking in and out. Neighbor offers a lot of choices for food. All in all I booked this because of the closeness to the beach and would have gotten a hotel if I knew it was that far away.

Great location and spacious

Plenty of space and great locale! The apartment complex is a little confusing to navigate but the host is super communicative about how to check-in! Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance!

This space is in an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Some feedback for the host includes maybe having the extra bedding already set up for guests, we had difficulty finding sheets that fit the spare twin beds. Thank you! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Beautiful View but not cozy 


Photos show bare bones but the furniture was breaking and very uncomfortable. Accommodation was advertised for 5-7 and we had five towels and five spoons. Host did not communicate that parking would be 30 day extra and there is no parking on the street. Marina Del Rey is wonderful and I hope the host will be able to make the property more accommodating and comfortable.

Quick Trip

It seems like this unit has only been rented a couple of times. My biggest issues was there was no communication about the water being stut off- even if it was an emergency repair, hours of no water and no heads up. Also the frames on the 3 beds were either all broken or installed wrong. Either way we just moved a mattress to the floor. There was also no parking and there is no parking on the stree. You can venmo the rental guy to pay parking on the side. The location was nice, the unit was clean. We were there for 3 nights.
