Come and relax on the porch, wander around our 8+ acres(or drive a few minutes for hiking, swimming, skiing, or boating on the reservoir), wander around our semi-abandoned apple orchard (as we bring it back to life!) and warm up with a fire at night in the fire-pit and enjoy all that our area of the Catskills has to offer! Three comfortable bedrooms(one king, one queen, one double)and a bonus office/guest room are attached to the queen room. Den complete with TV, Roku, and Soundbar.
