Welcome to The `Azure Anchor Inn` at Vineyard Condominiums! You will be cozy and comfortable in our newly furnished modern condo that hits the TRIFECTA of locations for Branson! We are conveniently located in between the Branson Strip, Silver Dollar City, and Table Rock Lake.



This condo offers you ample space to relax in after a fun filled day in Branson!



The space

-You will have to walk down one flight of stairs to the bottom level of the building.



Guest access

-There is no need to check in with anyone. A unique lock code combination will be sent to you 2 days before check-in and you will access the condos via a smart lock.

-There are owner’s closets in both condos that will be inaccessible to guests.

With 3 bedrooms, these spacious units are able to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The bunk beds are meant for children under the age of 14. For the safety of our guests, a 150 pound weight limit is required for the top bunk.

-1 Guest Bedroom with King-Size Bed

-1 Full over Full Bunk Beds (for children 14 and under) w/new memory foam mattresses. For the safety and comfort of our guests, please note that the top bunk of the bunk beds has a weight limit of 150 pounds.

Please be aware that this unit is located in a multi-level building. While we strive to provide a peaceful environment, you may occasionally hear footsteps or general living noise from the units above. This can also be a lively complex, so some ambient noise from the surrounding area is to be expected.



STAIRS: A flight of stairs leads in and out of the entrance.

*OTHER INFORMATION*

-Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for use during their stay should they run out.

-There is a RING voice/security camera facing the entrance of the condos. There are no cameras inside the condos. This is for guest and owner protection.

-Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.

-Smoking of any kind is not allowed. You also must be 25 feet away from the building if you do smoke.

-Guest must provide a copy of their government issued identification to verify age.

-We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance when booking. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, sickness, etc. that is out of the owner’s hands.
