Countryside Bungalow is a charming 1300 square foot space with scenic views on a private gated property. It offers three queen bedrooms and an office with a twin trundle bed for lounging or additional sleep accommodations. A unique feature, apart from the beautiful outdoors, is a theater and game room with a large screen and projector. It has a newly remodeled full bathroom, and each room has its own dressing mirror and table. It is home away from home with a furnished kitchenette and dining. This location is ideal for a needed relaxing time away, a friends gathering, temporary work professionals and visitors looking for a comfortable and unique place to stay while visiting the area. Luxury sleeping accommodations for of up to 8 people if sharing a room and up to 5 individual beds. This rental is included in The Clear View Retreat, a New Life Rental, on the same property for larger groups.

Private Bedrooms: Relax in a queen-sized or optional twin trundle bed featuring a plush memory foam or pillow top mattress. Store belongings effortlessly in the spacious closet. Enjoy your very own large mirror and dressing table to polish and shine for your day or evening out.

Cinema and Game room: Relax on the comfortable couch or a soft oversized bean bag, challenge friends and family to a game night with provided board games, or watch a movie on a large screen with streaming services (subscriptions not included). Coffee table is on rollers and opens up for the perfect height game table. Don’t forget to pop the popcorn! We provide the popcorn, popcorn buckets and candy and you provided the fun!

A Kitchenette with Bar Top Dining: Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a range of full size refrigerator, cookware for an airfryer/toaster oven, utensils, and individual cup and full 12 cup coffee makers with a milk frother for barista-style beverages. Tea lovers will appreciate the hot water kettle and assortment of tea bags.

Luxurious Bathroom: Unwind after a long day with plush towels, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap), a hairdryer, and dedicated makeup towels.

Office and Lounge: Catch up on work with a full size desk with chair, lamp and plug port. If book reading or journaling is more of what you need, kick back on the twin trundle bed for the afternoon. This room comes with the best views for you to take a work break or read a book while enjoying the outdoors while inside. Need additional sleeping arrangements? The trundle bed conveniently converts into two twin normal height beds with rollers to be moved to provide individual additional sleeping options.

Outdoor Living Space: This is by far the best part! Start your day with a cup of coffee while reclining in adirondack chairs and watch the sun streak across the pasture. You might even see deer. Take a stroll in the shade of the trees, have a picnic, or play outdoor games that are provided. End your day with a glass of wine and take in the sunset around the Circle of Light seating within the trees or enjoy stargazing and smores around the fire pit.
