Please note that all guests must submit copies of their passports before the check-in date, only after receiving the passports will the check in instructions be sent to guests, as the passports required by the Dubai Tourism Department.

Cleaning is available during your stay:

-For bookings less than 7 days there will be a charge of AED265 for any cleaning requested.

-For bookings between 7-14 days, any extra cleaning requested will be charged at AED120.

-For bookings longer than 14 days, cleaning will be provided free of charge once every 14 days with flexible timings.

Guest Age Requirement
The primary guest making the reservation and checking in must be 18 years of age or older.

Maximum Capacity

This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests that it can seamlessly accommodate.

Any extra guests over the 8 person limit will be charged an extra AED500 per night.

Any extra mattress requested will be charged a one-time-fee of AED800

No smoking is permitted. If evidence is found there will be a fine of AED3,000.
