Take it easy at this unique and tranquil home. Custom redwood cabin with dramatic views of enormous trees, secluded on 3 acres and only 5 miles from the coast. This house is a beautiful retreat from the city. Close to Mendocino's amazing dining and ocean views and just a jaunt away from Van Damme state park and a plethora of other coastal and forested hiking trails.

This is a one bed, one bath two story cabin. There is a full size kitchen with oven and gas range and a dish washer. There is one California King Avocado mattress in the bedroom. There is absolutely no smoking in or around the house, up by the road or anywhere on the property, including the driveway, front porch area or backyard.. We are located in a high risk wildfire zone with high winds. Any risk to the house or the surrounding redwood and fir trees will not be tolerated. If you are a smoker please do not rent this house. We have to be extremely cautious in these parts due to the sensitivity of the nature. Thanks for your understanding (:
