Located just about 1.5 hours North of Toronto, this is the place you'll want to be. In an area where most units are similar, what makes this property unique is all the extra things we add to ensure you'll taken care of.
Whether you aim to ski, hit golf at one of eighteen golf courses, mountain bike or hike in several landscape trails, soak in the healing experience of Vetta Nordic spa, or simply relax at the tranquility of the area, this place is simply yours to enjoy!
Please note that these 2 units are joined from the inside. There is 1 door that goes into an entrance, in the entrance, both units have their own separate door. You don't need to go outside to get to the other unit. We do have a blueprint in our listing that explains it or you can ask us for details.

Guests will have access to the entire unit except for our locked storage. Guests that forget their keys inside their unit will have to pay $120 if we have to send somebody. This is a fee that we are charged by the complex, not something we profit from.
We are available through the platform but prefer to give guests their space.
All of the facilities are privately managed by Carriage Country Club. Sometimes there may be issues that arise outside of our control, such as closures due to maintenance. Please be forgiving if any issues should arise outside of the unit during your stay and please bring it to our attention.
At this time the fireplace at the property is currently non-functional and unavailable for use.
Please note that the A/C units in the building are triggered when certain temperatures are reached, so they may not operate like a standard air conditioner.
Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.
Pets are $50 per pet, per stay, max 2 pets.
Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
Please remember that you're staying in a resort style area. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice weâve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.
Please also note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
5. Early Check in/Late Check out is available at $20.00/hr.
6. Pets are charged $50 each.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. You have read the listing and understand everything we provide and don't provide.
9. Any lost or forgotten key will result in a $50 charge. Please remember to bring your key cards with you whenever you leave the unit. If you happen to lock yourself out, there will be a $150 charge for reentry.
