No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas and should dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Pool Safety Rules:
No Diving or Jumping: For safety reasons, diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed.

No Glass Containers: Please use plastic or non-breakable containers in the pool area to prevent accidents from broken glass.

No Running: The pool deck can be slippery; refrain from running to avoid falls.

Children Must Be Supervised: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.

No Unsupervised Swimming: Swimming alone is discouraged. Always have someone nearby in case of emergencies.
