Just 20 minutes from Newport in picturesque Tiverton, completely restored Victorian Home with 8 bedrooms and 4 full baths with panoramic views of the Sakonnett waterfront. Large yard and high end living including brand new deck and patio furniture, Outdoor Hot Tub, Weber Grill, Gourmet Kitchen with Viking Fridge, Wolf oven, quartz countertops, and Dining Space for 16. Library, bar, and Media room with 75" TV. All new furniture and high end mattresses. Walking distance to local beach, coffee shop, restaurants, and short ~20 minute Uber ride to Newport.

We are new owners of this home and it is now completely restored with period charm, beautiful landscaping, and all of the modern amenities you could ask for. You will be treated with fresh baked goods and a stocked kitchen. Private chef services are also available, please inquire!

We gathered from all over the country for a family reunion. The property and the house were perfect! The kids loved the large outdoor space and the hot tub. The owners have made this home very inviting, they were easy to communicate with and even left us with yummy treats at our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large gathering. The only downside is lack of sidewalks to the beach area, which was not accessible on the main road with strollers. We did walk to the local park which was very nice. Would love to stay again if we all decide on Rhode Island to meet next year. Lovely stay! Thank you again!!

We were a group of 8 retired ladies, and we loved the character of the 1890 built home.Our only surprise was the fact that some of the bedrooms were pass throughs to the bathrooms which was inconvenient at night.The owner was super responsive to messaging via the VRBO app.The owner/couple left us freshly baked bread, chocolates, fruit, a bottle of wine and a lovely card. We felt like guests and enjoyed our stay.

One of the loveliest stays we have had in years!

The title is almost an understatement. Everything from communication at check in and throughout our stay was extremely considerate and timely. Nick and his wife took a lot of care to make sure that we felt welcome—they had a beautiful charcuterie board and pastries as well as some refrigeration staples. We came together here with a group of out of town relatives to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. The house was beautiful, clean, the property is immaculately kept. We were very close to the beach, town, a playground, yoga/pilates studio and every Sunday there is a town farmers market. The space was more than adequate for everyone to sprawl out and feel comfortable. We were able to do a lot of cooking and grilling, ate dinner on the patio. The waterfront view from the patio with the boats is breathtaking at sunset. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you so much for a lovely experience from beginning to end!

Outstanding Accommodation

Nick and Meredith are the kindest, most considerate hosts we have had in years. The available amenities, personalized touches, and incredible welcome treats were one of a kind. The home is located close to Newport, but not right in the loud town center so provides a nice retreat. It's walkable to beach, coffee shop, and other places. It is the perfect accommodation for larger groups (we had ten) and comfortably sleeps everyone. The kitchen is outstanding. We hope to be back!

What a special place! Perfect for a family gathering

We needed a place to stay together as a family as we attended our son's graduation. We wanted to make sure we had lots of family time but also allow for different members to explore RI. This house was wonderful. The big open kitchen was perfect for easily catching up as dinner was cooked or appetizers prepped. People enjoyed sitting on the side deck enjoying the view and the teens (and the adults) thought the hot tub, the pool table, the tv hang out room, and the big back yard was great. We walked down for coffee at Coffee Roasters and even an early summer dip in the ocean.The hosts were responsive with questions and obviously really care about their property.
