Fantastic Stay

I would definitely book this room again. This was our first time staying in downtown Chicago and the location was perfect. The room was right in the heart of the theater district, close to restaurants and shops. The room was amazing. Checking in was very easy and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Fantastic room. Great view. Very comfortable bed. Loved the separate seating area in the room. Very nice front desk staff. There was a parade the morning of my check in, so you couldn't actually get to the front of the hotel, which would have been good to know ahead of time. Made checking in very complicated. But other than that, great experience.
