Welcome to your tropical paradise living along the locals! This cozy and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home isrthe perfect retreat for your Aruba getaway. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short drive from the vibrant beaches, local attractions, and less than 5 minutes from the airport, this home offers the best of both worlds—relaxation and adventure.

About the property:
Enter through the front door to the living, dining, and kitchen areas that flow seamlessly into one another, creating a bright and airy space that’s perfect for socializing and relaxation. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and airflow.

The kitchen has everything you need, complete with a full suite of appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and gas oven. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table (or al fresco on the patio).

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy as they are on opposite sides of the house. Featuring king-size beds, standard 110v outlets, nightstands, and a small table and chair at your disposal. There are large closets in each room, stocked with beach towels and chairs. Additionally the front room has an iron and ironing board. Each room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The updated bathroom features a heated rain shower, well-lit area for getting ready, and modern finishes. Equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.


Guess access:
The whole apartment is for your use but please note that it is a duplex house so the driveway is shared with the other unit. Please make sure you’re only using the left gate and parking on the left side of the driveway.


Communication:

A few days befire check in we will share our welcome book that has all of the information you need. We will also send a Google maps location to ensure you arrive with ease.

Please let us know if there are any issues or repairs needed and we’ll get someone to the house as quickly as possible. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are well connected on the island and have years of experience booking tours and excursions for guests. Please let us know if there are any excursions you’re interested in booking and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you.

Additionally if you need assistance booking a rental car we can help with that as well!

If you are staying longer than 7 nights we can replace the bed linens and towels once during your stay. If you would like your clothes laundered we can provide thst for a fee.
