Secluded and quiet, pet friendly, backing onto a small green space, our MAIN FLOOR 2 bed/2 bath condo has all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay in the Rockies! Our place is family and pet friendly Ski hills are a short drive away as well as tons of relaxing, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Welcome to our cozy condo nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the spacious outdoor patio or take a dip in the large shared hot tub. Our comfortable and inviting space is perfect for families, couples or friends looking for a mountain retreat. Come experience the beauty and adventure of the Rockies!

~Inside~
The main floor of this corner unit has lots of room for entertaining or relaxing by the fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery for you to prepare your own meals (food and condiments are the responsibility of the guests).

The living room has one double-sized pull out couch, AND a double-sized Murphy bed, a cozy electric fireplace, and a smart TV with cable TV.
Please note there are no bathrooms on the main level.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with a full ensuite, TV, as well as lots of storage in the closet and dresser.
The other bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and lots of storage in the closet and dresser.

~Outside~
A spacious patio allows you to relax and enjoy the views of Grotto Mountain as well as a nice patch of green space for the kids or dog to play.

Many walking trails are nestled around the condo complex. Walk down to the beautiful pigeon creek and Bow river 5 minutes away!

You will have access to:
- Outdoor 10 person oversized hot tub with mountain views
- Shared BBQs in the courtyard
- Fitness Center with free weights & cardio equipment
- Games room to create shared memories with family & friends
- Creekside walks behind the property that lead to the Bow river
- First come first serve heated underground parking for 1 vehicle & overflow outdoor parking.

Great place to stay in the mountains! My family loved it. It was a perfect quiet place that had all the necessary things you need while away from home. We will be a returning guest.

Overall, we loved our stay. The property was clear and organized, and the kitchen had what we needed for meal time. The towels were delightfully soft and the bathrooms had all the space you could want. It was a quiet stay as we only heard other people in the building once and a while. Our kids loved the hot tub that was close and easy to access as well as how close it was to nature. Taking a morning coffee on the deck was revitalizing. The only issue we had was the beds themselves. The mattresses offered too little comfort and support. They would be fine for young backs but left us older folks sore in the morning.

The space was comfortable and nice - perfect for what we needed and exactly as advertised. The surrounding mountains are pretty, and the location is close to Canmore, which is a nice little town that's a bit less crowded than Banff. This turned out to be a great asset since we started our trip over the busy Labor Day weekend. Access was easy and the underground parking was nice. Our trip was wonderful, and we were able to do almost everything on our list - including many fantastic hiking excursions. We are very thankful for the warm welcome we received in Canada - and we will absolutely be back again. One small advisory note: We arrived after dark and ended up in the wrong building - as there is another resort right next to Copperstone with similar numbering on the buildings. There was another group that arrived before us who had made the same mistake - so we all spent a bit of time in confusion until my daughter went out to explore and figured out our mistake. It might be helpful to have a lighted sign - but not a big deal..

Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. Only issue was a very loud motor (for an exhaust/ventilation system?) inside the wall that woke us up early one morning and kept turning off and on for a few hours. It was loud enough in the unit that you couldn’t hear the TV without tuning it up quite loud.
