Bedroom #4, upstairs, contains 2 twin beds.

We enjoyed staying here. We really liked how the house was decorated. It was great for our family to get together and visit. Christmas music was playing when we arrived. That was a nice addition to make the family Christmas special.

Great communication with owner Plenty of kitchen supplies and well-stocked bathrooms with lots of towels, shampoo, soap. Comfortable beds. The cool vintage stove and oven run hot (watch things very closely). This didnt impact us, but, there is earth moving going on at the property line with a steep drop off on one side. Parking for boat was very convenient with plenty of space to park and turn around.

Best Host Hospitality and Home

Awesome Host communication and accomodation: 1st Class! Fresh porch florals were beautiful. The Jackson House was immaculate - not a smudge or spot inside or outside. So much was detailed and provided from delicate vintage and seasonal decor; in-tune guitars; and fully stocked eminities throughout. Highly enjoyed and recommend!

Unique Place to stay

My family & I loved the house. The house was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, we didn't have to make a trip to the store for necessities. The only negative comment we had was the water in the big bathroom never got very hot, stayed lukewarm so we took very fast showers. My grandbabies wanted to stay at the house forever. I would definitely recommend staying there, I plan and pick out where we stay every year for vacation and this is one goes high on my list of places we have stayed

Great Place to stay for a few days

We stayed there for a few nights with two of our Grandkids as we had plans to visit attractions in the area. It's a nice old farmhouse and in looking at the past photos in the house, I am sure it has some stories it could tell. We found the house clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen & the bathroom essentials were readily available. The beds & linens were new and comfortable. The TV has multiple streaming channel options if needed. We enjoyed the firepit a couple of nights as weather permitted. The land behind the house is beautiful & the area is quiet. The Wi-Fi has an impressive 500Mbps up/down for when everyone needs to stay connected. The communication with the owner/caretaker was always responsive. The one thing I would mention is 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs and there is no bathroom up there as both are located on the first floor. We would stay there again if we were in the area and would certainty recommend it to others.
