The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The primary bed was very comfortable and loved the walkout from the bedroom to the backyard patio. The backyard was fully fenced in and private and had a nice view of the red rocks, plenty of furniture and we really appreciated the heaters on cool nights! Great location and was in walking distance of the golf course, park, and pickleball courts. Good communication and responsiveness from the host!

Great home!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and everything you could want in a rental. It was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated A great neighborhood to take a stroll as well. The host was very responsive and available via phone and text the whole time. We definitely will stay here again!

15 minutes to Sedona. Delighted with the outdoor setting, beutifuli interior decor and walkability of the area. We are excited to stay again nwxt yesr!

Our 3 month winter stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Kathy made it very easy to get any issues resolved, not that there were any real issues! This property is probably the best supplied one we have experienced. The place is also very dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY IN OAK CREEK!!

Beautiful, well maintained, and great location! Owner Kathy is a gem to work with. Helpful with tips on the area. House is immaculate, nice views from the back yard. Away from downtown and west Sedona, less traffic, but an easy drive to Sedona. Centrally located from all attractions. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Christmas Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful Sedona home. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything one needs. Our dogs loved the large, fenced in back yard. The yard also has a covered patio and BBQ, and during warmer weather I’m sure we would spend more time on the patio. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood a few miles away from busy downtown Sedona, but there are plenty of stores and restaurants, as well as a golf course within walking distance. Best of all, the house is located close to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Most of the trails allow dogs on leash so our pups were also able to join us and were so happy on their adventures. The scenery is breathtaking; we did a different hike every day and there are so many more to explore. Kathy, the owner, is very responsive via text, phone and/or email and made us feel very welcome. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Perfect location and fabulous house

This house is in the perfect location and Kathy has thought of everything in terms of outfitting the home with everything you need. The scenery is spectacular - the pictures online do not do it justice. It was not warm enough to totally enjoy the back porch but all the amenities are there! Kathy was a perfect host and very responsive!

Our experience was the best! All the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Are twin grandchildren really enjoyed the full bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all essential cooking implements. The Larder was well stocked. The wood burning fireplace exceeded our expectations it was easy to use and well-stocked. A very very comfortable home for the six of us! Kathy was extremely responsive and very gracious. We highly recommend this home!

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was wonderful! The home was maintained very well. It was more than enough room for our family, and was very inviting and comfortable. It was very well appointed with everything and more in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The view from the back porch was phenomenal, and we enjoyed it every evening from the outdoor patio furniture provided! The location was perfect for our trip - we were close to the grocery store, Sedona, and the interstate which took us to the Grand Canyon. We were extremely happy with this property and would definitely try to stay there again on any future trips!

Absolutely wonderful experience

The house is so beautiful and very clean,5 of us stayed and there was plenty of room landlord was wonderful also. The whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this property if your going to be in sedona!!

Great location convient to all Oak Creek and Sedona have to offer - backyard fenced so great for our dog. Only downside was no garage remote so very inconvenient coming and going. We are frequent visitors to the area and would stay there again.

The view of Castle Red Rock from the patio for the sunrise and sunset was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Upon our arrival all that was needed was there. I loved that there was a Welcome Book with instructions for various items around the house. We will be back💖

Well appointed home in quiet Oak Creek neighbourhood

We stayed for 6 weeks in January and February. The house had all the necessities for a long term stay, the kitchen had everything needed( utensils, appliances etc.) in abundance, full and fast internet access, Satellite TV and access to my Netflix account. There was a more than adequate supply of bedding,towels etc. The location was a 5 minute drive ( or a reasonable walk) to all our daily shopping needs and being south of Sedona was not as impacted by the traffic and crowds on the weekends. The backyard was well equipped with furniture and was fully fenced and secure for our dog, as well as a spectacular view. The homeowner was always available by text and responded to any of our queries promptly. The neighbourhood was quiet and residential two minutes from the golf course. Overall I would rate this home as very good and do not hesitate in recommending it and its owner.

Hiking - Golfing - Walking - Relaxing while looking at the beautiful RED rocks

The house is so inviting and huge! Lots a space for everyone. The kitchen is big and freshly painted. There is lots of space to be together or separate to relax and read. We golfed all day and BBQ'd at night. Everything is so close by - great restaurants - Hikes - Grocery etc. You couldn't be in a better location. I hope we an get this house again for next year but it's so beautiful it may be a tough one but we will be coming back to this house no matter what. Sedona ROCKS!
