From beginning to end Lauren made everything easy. Check in was as described and straight forward. We had a few questions during our stay and Lauren responded within minutes and addressed our needs.This was a family vacation for 7....2 teenage girls, our daughter and 4 adults all (68- 82yo). The space worked perfectly for us. One couple has mobility issues so the little guest house was perfect. The master on the main floor would work for anyone. The upstairs had 2 rooms where are daughter and 2 granddaughters stayed. They loved the private space. The stairs are a bit steep so not a good option for everyone.Although the floors are uneven in places, thy did not pose a hazard or difficulty for us.The dining room was spacious and all 7 of us ate dinner there most nights.The location was nice. I quick walk or bike ride to a beautiful trail. 10-15 minute drive to Falmouth.The only drawback for us was the outdoor space. The pictures are accurate but I had the sense of a larger and more private yard. There are full time tenants, whom we rarely saw but it felt a bit like you were right outside of their house and facing the parking area. We moved the table and chairs around to the side yard so we had a more private space. It worked fine but just was different than I'd expected. The house does face the highway but surprisingly noise was not an issue. I would be concerned if I had small children. We cooked meals most night and the kitchen is relatively well equipped
