Additional Information

We want all guests to feel relaxed and have an enjoyable stay! We take pride in our house and ask that all guests treat it with respect.

*All rules must be followed by all guests. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

*It is your responsibility to make sure all guests in the party know and follow the house rules and do not cause damage to the property or surroundings.

*Minimum age to rent is 25 (Unless discussed with host and approved).

*No Third-Party bookings

*Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. To ensure a peaceful environment for permanent residents surrounding our property, we kindly ask that you respect this rule and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Thank you for your understanding.

*No illegal drugs, no weapons of any kind and no activities deemed illegal in the state of Georgia on the property.

*The maximum capacity for the property is 8 guests. All overnight guests must be included in your booking. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $200 per night, per guest surcharge. Please note that all children, regardless of age, must be listed on your reservation when booking. For safety reasons, the 8-person capacity includes children. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. We kindly ask that you enjoy your meals in the designated dining area. Thank you.

*No parties- If the host finds out that there is a party, then an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be added to the guests account and no one will be allowed back into the premises until the charge has been paid in full.

*For safety reasons, please ensure that children are supervised at all times during your stay and are not left unattended on the property

*No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $2500 fine will be imposed if the no-smoking policy is not followed.

*All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the trash bin outside on the carport. Please ensure to secure all garbage. If required, there is information provided in the guest book on the nearest waste and recycling center. A re-bag fee of $30 will be charged (per bag) for un-bagged trash.

*We have a zero pet's policy - no pets allowed.

*Hot Tub: Please review the operating instructions provided in the welcome book. Do not stand on the cover. Children must not be left unattended, and the cover should be closed at all times when the hot tub is not in use.

*Damages: We understand that accidents can occur, and items may be damaged. Please notify our property manager / host before check-out so we can address the issue promptly before the next guests arrive.

*Please use the makeup removal cloths or colored washcloths provided by the owners to remove makeup, as they are designed to prevent staining the white towels.

*Please make sure the fire is out at the fire pit when returning indoors for the night and covered with the provided guard. Never leave the fire unattended.

*Guests must complete the required guest screening and rental contract agreement to avoid the cancellation of their reservation
