Best stay ever !

I loved my stay so much the first time I had to return! It's the perfect place for large groups and everyone slept comfortably! There's literally so many beds and huge dining tables and tons of lounging for everyone. It was even great in the winter the pool was nice and heated and we even played pickleball! It's definitely worth a stay !!

Very Good

The service from Red Sands was great. The house was great, plenty of space and room for our stay. The hot tub was not working, service techs came to fix the problem, but they were unable to get it working. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There were dirty pans, and the floors turned all of our socks and feet black. The location was great for the activities we wanted to do, and it was nice being away from the busy part of St. George.

Hurricane Getaway

This beautiful home served us for our 15 person family getaway perfectly. It was beyond our expectations and it's proximity to the Zion National Park, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas was great for everyone. This home has all the amenities to make a memorable trip even more memorable!

Can't have asked for a better spot. We had a fun friends getaway. Great bang for buck. Loved having a private pool and pickleball court. Will stay again.

Highly recommend for large groups!

We recently stayed in the Pecan Valley home for 5 days with 5 families and had the very best time. There was no reason to even leave the house with pickleball on site and a pool! The pool cover was so nice with littles around. The response time was so quick any time we had a question or needed something I received a text back immediately or they sent someone over. The house had everything we needed including all the kitchen appliances. Every family had ample space to fit their families and the dual dining room table accommodated our large group for meals. I would absolutely come back and recommend to any of our friends!

Perfect house for family/friends reunion!!

Stayed with friends and our kids and were really impressed at how accurate the description and photos are to the property! The rooms were roomy, beds comfy, kitchen has all the things you need to cook! Backyard was gorgeous! Pool was a perfect size for the kids (ages from 2-12). We had a little trouble with the fridge as it stopped cooling on 4th of July holiday but they sent a maintenance guy right away and found out the fridge had a "Sabbatical" setting which we've never heard of! But it was fixed right away! Our favorite part was how open the downstairs was and was able to fit everyone in the kitchen with 2 sets of dining tables! The backyard was gorgeous and spent a lot of times there with the kids! I have nothing to complain about. Its a perfect location for family reunion or get togethers with a bunch of people!

Heart eyes for days

We had such a great time at this rental. The two dining tables accommodate large groups and the bunk rooms are so much fun for kids, but the stairs make it easy for adults too. Loved the additional amenities like the hot tub and the Pickleball court. Very comfortable, excellent style, ready for fun, family vacations.

Amazing House and Area!

We loved our stay there! The house is immaculate and beautiful with so much room for everyone. I loved the double dining table and large island so there were lots of places to sit and eat. Everything was thought-out and done nicely. Perfect for a girls trip or family reunion. Can't wait to go back and try out the water park in the neighborhood!

Loved our visit!

We loved this property, and we are looking forward to booking it for future vacations! There were so many beds and they were all comfortable. We loved the space and the beautiful design and decor. We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court--there was so much to do at the home. The location was excellent too with it being so close to Sand Hollow and St. George. Amazing place!

Where do I start! This place was absolutely amazing! We booked it for a wedding in the area and had a larger group gathering and it fit our needs perfectly! We had enough room for everyone that needed a place to stay and be comfortable. All the rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had their own bathroom, which was so nice! We were stunned by the bathroom on the main floor in the primary bedroom. So spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and great for helping us prepare food for our event. It was large enough for our family to gather around together for meals and spend time together visiting. The pool, pickleball court, hot tub, and fire pit were perfect to gather around together, especially after a long day. It was so nice to relax around the fire pit just talking while others were swimming and sitting in the hot tub. A great gathering place for families! Another bonus was each room had its own TV so those that needed to decompress from the day had their own private space to do so. That was also so nice! I can't say enough about how nice everything was and how comfortable and nice our stay was. I feel like they thought of everything! It's close to Sand Hollow and there is a Walmart just 10 minutes away which was really helpful. We have already thought about when we will come back and stay here again! Everyone just loved it! We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you for adding to our memorable weekend!
