Welcome to Unit 209, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the third floor of the #2 Building at Executive Keys Condominiums. With 1,100 square feet of living space, this condo offers a comfortable and inviting retreat for your Port Aransas getaway.
Step onto your private balcony and take in views of both the courtyard and the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including a full-size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Gather in the dining area for family meals, or relax in the living room on the sofa and loveseat.
Sleep peacefully in the bedrooms, with a queen bed in the first bedroom and two built-in bunks in the second bedroom. Each bunk features a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Both bedrooms are accompanied by spacious bathrooms featuring tub/shower combinations.
Please note: This condo suitable for those that can climb 3 flights of stairs. There are no elevators at our complex. However, we do have staff that is always willing to help you carry things up or down.

The property borders the dunes -- as close to the beach as you can get in Port A. Built with families in mind with lots of open space, gardens and areas to play. Super easy walk to the beach - or you can drive and park (with a beach permit). Driving on the beach is allowed. Less than a 5 min walk to beach and maybe a 5 min drive to the town center of Port Aransas.
