This furnished apartment is situated in Mar Vista, on the Westside of Los Angeles. Here the quiet residential streets give way to main avenues full of coffee shops and thrift stores. There is a low-key and relaxing feel to this neighborhood. The Mar Vista Recreation Center is a notable gem. It has an auditorium, baseball diamond, basketball courts, roller hockey rink and much more. It's ideal for individuals of all ages, groups of friends or families with children. On the way to the beach you'll pass beachside bungalows and colorful apartment buildings. From Mar Vista, Santa Monica Pier and Venice Boardwalk are 15 minutes away by car. LAX Airport is 20 minutes by car or around 1 hour away using public transportation.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
