The Space:

🏡 This 4-bedroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub with jets and single vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, desk, and patio access. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, cable TV, desk, and deck access. The second full bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in steam shower.



🔥 The living room centers around an eclectic teal wood-burning fireplace, with two plush couches, board games, and smart TV. Glass doors open to the patio, flooding the space with natural light. The open kitchen includes modern wood cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee maker, and an island with seating for two. The dining room seats six with ocean views.



🌊 Outdoor spaces include a balcony with seating for four, a patio with grill and additional seating, a backyard firepit, and a hot tub. Multiple seating areas throughout provide spots to relax and take in the coastal air. ☀️ Summer is for grilling and dining outside while watching the sun set over the ocean. ❄️ Winter evenings are for gathering around the firepit under the stars or soaking in the hot tub after a day exploring nearby beaches.



🍳 The home includes washer and dryer in-unit, WiFi, streaming TVs, and parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage. 🐾 Up to two small dogs welcome with fee.

Getting Around:

The home is located off Highway 1 in Pebble Beach. Monterey Regional Airport is approximately 15 minutes away. Downtown Monterey and Cannery Row are about 10 minutes by car. Carmel-by-the-Sea is roughly 5 minutes away. The 17-Mile Drive entrance is just minutes from the property. San Francisco is approximately 2 hours north via Highway 1 or Highway 101.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets welcome! Up to two small dogs permitted — $250 flat fee per stay, message us to add to your reservation. Please do not leave pets unattended in the house.

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 4 cars maximum

• Utilities: A deposit of $500 per month is due prior to check-in to cover utilities. Once utilities are deducted at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If utilities exceed $500 per month, guests are required to cover the difference. Our Customer Care Team will collect the deposit.
