Hi! We’re Pablo and Karen, passionate travelers and your hosts in beautiful Antigua, Guatemala. Pablo is originally from Guatemala, and Karen is from Buffalo, New York, but together, we’ve explored the world and always seek out stays that make us feel like locals. That’s exactly what we want to offer you—a place that feels like home, where you can immerse yourself in the charm of Antigua as if you’ve lived here forever.

For us, hosting is more than just providing a place to stay—it’s about creating an experience. We love sharing the best of Antigua, from hidden gems to our favorite local spots, so you can enjoy this city the way we do. Whether it’s recommending the best coffee shop, a scenic walking route, or a cultural event, we’re here to make your stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to welcome you and help you feel like a true local!

We love this neighborhood because it’s so close to Antigua’s Central Park—just a stroll through SE Antigua’s charming cobblestone streets, and you’re there. Head in the other direction, and you’ll find San Juan del Obispo just up the road, a small town known for its artisan chocolate and nispero wine.

While we’re near everything, we also love being just slightly removed from the city's hustle and bustle. It’s peaceful here—you can wake up to birds singing in the morning and hear local children playing in the afternoons. Just two minutes away, there’s a grocery store, pharmacy, and bank, making daily essentials easy to access. We enjoy wandering through Antigua’s central market for fresh fruits and veggies, but it’s also convenient to have La Torre, a local Guatemalan grocery store, just across the way.

Our location is key—we’re close to everything, yet tucked away in a small, secure gated community. This offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Plus, we have our own parking, which is a rare find in Antigua!

We’ve put a lot of love and care into curating special pieces from Guatemala and our travels. The artwork throughout the home is part of a collection we’ve gathered over the years, and we’ll continue adding to it, making each stay feel fresh and unique.

Another special feature is our garden space. It’s something we cherish, and we hope our guests do too. With each visit, you can watch it grow and change—just like we do. Our hope is that people feel at home here and want to return, not just for the space, but for the experience of seeing it evolve over time.
